SHIPPING & RETURNS
If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you can return it to us for a full refund or an exchange within 60 days during the Covid-19 pandemic, providing the goods are returned unworn and in their original packaging.
You can download and print a returns form here. Simply fill it in and pop it in your return bag.
If you are unable to access a printer please include a handwritten note stating your Order Number, Name & Reason For Return.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
It is advisable to send the item by Recorded Delivery for your own records. Once item is received at Valdivia we will e-mail within 5 working days of receipt.
If an item is unsuitable, delivery charges for the return of the item will not be reimbursed. If the item is faulty, then delivery charges will be reimbursed along with refund. For exchange items Valdivia will apply FREE DELIVERY.
